Research on the Causes of Corrosion and Anti-Corrosion Measures of the Inner Wall of Hydraulic Bracket Cylinder
Hydraulic support cylinder wall corrosion is a common problem,may be caused by medium corrosion,friction and wear and chemical reaction and other factors.For the cause of corrosion,researchers have proposed a variety of cylinder wall anti-corrosion measures to improve the corrosion resistance of the cylinder wall.Common anti-corrosion methods include surface coating and embedded stainless steel sleeve,etc.,the surface coating can form a protective layer to prevent direct contact with the media to the metal surface;embedded stainless steel sleeve is a stainless steel sleeve embedded in the inner wall of the cylinder,to provide an additional layer of protection,increase the corrosion resistance and wear resistance of the cylinder.The study of these anti-corrosion measures is of great significance to improve the reliability and service life of hydraulic support cylinders.
