现阶段,随着国内外材料产业领域的飞速发展,各种具有抗腐蚀与阻燃耐磨性能的金属材料和非金属材料开始得到了十分广泛的实践应用,尤其是在刮板运输机的刮板耐磨处理层面,灵活运用各种高品质的金属材料或非金属材料,并依托等离子熔覆技术对刮板输送机中部槽易损部位进行耐磨强化处理,可以显著提升中部槽表面的耐磨性与硬度,从而有效延长刮板输送机刮板的使用寿命.基于此,以某煤矿综采工作面使用的刮板输送机为研究对象,深入分析刮板输送机的结构及刮板磨损情况,综合探讨刮板输送机刮板的耐磨改进策略,希望能为后续开展采掘作业提供一些有用的技术指导.
Analysis and Improvement Measures for a Scraper Wear of a Scraper Conveyor
At the present stage,with the rapid development of the material industry at home and abroad,various metal materials and non-metallic materials with corrosion-resistant and flame-retardant and wear-resistant properties have been widely used in practice,especially in the wear-resistant treatment of scraper conveyor scraper,the flexible use of a variety of high-quality metal or non-metallic materials,and relying on the plasma cladding technology on the vulnerable parts of the middle groove of the scraper conveyor.Wear-resistant strengthening treatment can significantly improve the wear resistance and hardness of the surface of the central trough,thus effectively extending the service life of the scraper conveyor scraper.Based on this,the scraper conveyor used in the face of a coal mine as an example to carry out research,in-depth analysis of the structure of the scraper conveyor and the wear of the scraper,a comprehensive discussion on the scraper conveyor scraper wear-resistant improvement strategy,hoping to provide some useful technical guidance for the subsequent mining operations.
