大型岸桥电缆卷盘是港口设施中重要的组成部分,为港口起重机、堆高机等设备提供电力.其安装质量的好坏直接影响到设备的运行效率和安全性.分析了大型岸桥电缆卷盘的结构、分类、安装方法,以及存在的问题和风险,并探讨了大型岸桥电缆卷盘的关键技术和创新研究,包括设计与选型、质量控制与管理、安装操作技术、自动化技术、智能化技术和可持续发展技术等方面,并通过实验研究和案例分析来验证和评估这些技术的应用效果和优劣.
Abstract
Large shorebridge cable reels are an important part of port facilities,providing power for port cranes,stackers and other equipment.The quality of its installation directly affects the operational efficiency and safety of the equipment.The structure,classification,installation method and problems and risks of large shorebridge cable reels are analysed,and the key technologies and innovation research of large shorebridge cable reels are discussed,including design and selection,quality control and management,installation and operation technology,automation technology,intelligent technology and sustainable development technology,etc.,and experimental research and case study are conducted to validate and evaluate the application effects and advantages and disadvantages.
