不同支护技术巷道围岩变化特征分析

为实现煤矿的安全开采,控制围岩的稳定.针对某矿矩形巷道,设计采用普通锚网索、加强型锚网索、高强度预紧力锚杆锚索三种支护技术,其中,普通锚网索支护,巷帮应力集中现象严重,顶板下沉量高达800 mm,影响巷道使用;加强型锚网索支护,顶板下沉量减小为600 mm,也会影响巷道使用;高强度预紧力锚杆锚索支护,顶板应力集中区高度从3 m减小为0.3 m,下沉量减小为129 mm,支护技术最优.
Characteristic Analysis of the Change of the Surrounding Rock in the Roadway with Different Support Techniques
In order to achieve safe mining in coal mines,the stability of surrounding rock is controlled.For the rectangular roadway of a mine,three different support technologies are designed:ordinary anchor mesh cable,reinforced anchor mesh cable,and high-strength pre-tensioned anchor bar anchor cable support,among which,with ordinary anchor mesh cable support,the stress concentration phenomenon in the roadway gang is serious,and the top plate sinking amount is as high as 800 mm,which affects the use of the roadway;with reinforced anchor mesh cable support,the top plate sinking amount is reduced to 600 mm,which also affects the use of the roadway;and the pre-tensioned anchor bar anchor cable support,the top plate stress concentration phenomenon is serious.With the support of pre-tensioned anchor ropes,the height of roof stress concentration area is reduced from 3 m to 0.3 m,and the amount of subsidence is reduced to 129 mm,which is the optimal support technology.
