半煤岩巷道掘进方案及支护设计

为解决采掘不协调影响煤矿生产效率的问题,针对薄煤层工作面的掘进需求,基于不同掘进方式对应的应力集中情况对比得出了挑顶的最佳、高效掘进方式;根据现场围岩条件确定采用炮掘方式并确定了相关参数;完成了掘进工作面的支护设计,采用锚杆+锚索联合支护方式.实践表明,针对半煤岩巷道采用挑顶+炮掘的综合方式极大地提升了掘进效率,达到了快速掘进的效果.
Semi-Coalstone Roadway Excavation Scheme and Support Design
In order to solve the problem of uncoordinated mining affecting the production efficiency of coal mines,based on the demand of thin coal seam working face,the best and highly efficient way to dig the roadway with picking top was obtained based on the comparison of stress concentration corresponding to different ways of digging;according to the peripheral rock conditions on the site,it was decided to adopt gunning method and the relevant parameters were determined;and the design of the support of the digging face was completed with the use of the combined support method of anchors and anchor ropes.Practice shows that the combined method of picking the top and gunning for semi-coalstone roadway greatly improves the digging efficiency and achieves the effect of rapid digging.
