Application of Variable Frequency Drive Technology in Inclined Shaft Belt Conveyor Retrofit
In a mine in Shanxi,two complex workings are mined back at the same time,and the raw coal produced is gathered on the belt conveyor of the main inclined shaft,which leads to overloading of the belt conveyor and fails to meet the needs of efficient transport of raw coal.Combined with the site conditions,the main inclined shaft belt conveyor transformation technology is proposed,specifically to increase the driving device in the middle of the main inclined shaft belt conveyor,and achieve the torque and speed balance between the middle driving device and the head driving device through frequency control technology;add material flow sensors in the mining face transport chute and the centralised transport lane of the mining area to achieve the monitoring of the coal flow in different mining faces to avoid the coal flow from the main inclined shaft belt conveyor being too large.The main inclined shaft belt conveyor will be rebuilt.After the transformation of the belt conveyor of the main inclined shaft is completed,the design capacity is increased to 5.5 kt/h,which can basically meet the needs of raw coal transport in the underground,and lays a good foundation for the efficient transport of coal in the mine.
