煤矿皮带机在煤矿生产活动中扮演着十分重要的角色,而皮带机在井下运行过程中,运维工作开展难度较大,导致其在高强度的运输作业影响下滑动性能受到影响,容易出现皮带跑偏、打滑、纵撕、起火、断带等故障.基于此,需要不断优化皮带机故障的诊断技术,以智能诊断技术优化皮带机的滑动情况,提升煤矿的诊断效率.基于D-S证据理论信息融合技术优化皮带机智能诊断技术,构建皮带机故障智能诊断系统,实现智能融合多传感器采集的数据,提升采集数据的可靠性,并且根据判断规则,实现皮带机故障智能诊断.
Coal Mine Belt Machine Sliding Fault Analysis and Its Intelligence Test
Coal mine belt conveyor plays a very important role in coal mine production activities,while the belt conveyor in the underground operation process,the operation and maintenance work is difficult to carry out,resulting in its sliding performance under the influence of high-intensity transport operations,prone to belt deflection,skidding,longitudinal tearing,fire,broken belt and other faults.Based on this,it is necessary to continuously optimize the diagnostic technology of the belt machine failure,optimize the sliding situation of the belt machine with intelligent diagnostic technology,and improve the diagnostic efficiency of the coal mine.Based on the D-S evidence theory information fusion technology to optimize the belt machine intelligent diagnostic technology,to construct the belt machine fault intelligent diagnostic system,to realize the intelligent fusion of multi-sensor collected data,to improve the reliability of the collected data,and according to the judgement rules,to realize the belt machine fault intelligent diagnosis.
