带式输送机新型自移机尾的应用研究

为了提升特大采高作业面物料输送的效率和安全性,提出了一种新的1 800 mm带宽数字自移式机尾,对该自移式机尾结构、设计特点等进行了研究.开发了具有记忆特性和高耐腐蚀性的数字化控制液压缸,实现了对活塞杆位置的高精度自动测控;开发了激光扫描控制系统,实现了对自移机尾偏移量的实时监测和预警,提高了输送机自移机尾的运行安全性.根据实际应用表明,新的自移机尾实现了数字化精确控制,解决了特大采高作业模式下物料运输量小、自动化程度低的不足.
Application Research on New Type of Self-shifting Tail of Belt Conveyor
In order to improve the efficiency and safety of material conveying in the face of oversized mining height,a new 1 800 mm bandwidth digital self-transferring tail is proposed,and the structure and design features of this self-transferring tail are studied.A digital control hydraulic cylinder with memory characteristics and high corrosion resistance was developed to achieve high-precision automatic measurement and control of the piston rod position;a laser scanning control system was developed to achieve real-time monitoring and early warning of the offset of the self-transferring tail,which improves the operational safety of the self-transferring tail of the conveyor.According to the practical application,the new self-transferring tail realises digital precise control,and solves the shortcomings of small material transport volume and low automation degree under the operation mode of extra large mining height.
