摘要
通过建立梯形刀片运动模型,分析与挖穴机切土刀刃滑切速度的相关因素,得出刀片刃口与水平方向有一倾斜角,土壤质点与水平方向的夹角与滑切速度显著相关,运用MATLAB编程分析结合实际作业经验得出刀片刃口倾斜角的具体取值范围20°~30°为优;建立刀片纯切削模型,基于数学语言,对刀片安装角、刃倾角进行了理论分析,并通过MATLAB程序设计,给出了合理取值范围.
Abstract
Through the establishment of trapezoidal blade motion model,analyse the factors related to the sliding cutting speed of the soil cutting blade of the digging machine,and conclude that there is a tilt angle between the blade edge and the horizontal direction,and the angle between the soil mass and the horizontal direction is significantly related to the sliding cutting speed,and use MATLAB to analyse and combine with the practical operation experience to conclude that the specific value range of the blade edge tilt angle of 20 °~30 ° is preferred;establish a pure cutting model for the blade.Based on the mathematical language,the theoretical analysis of blade installation angle and edge inclination angle is carried out,and the reasonable value range is given through MATLAB programming.
