刮板输送机运行环境复杂,且故障率高主要是由于刮板链异常所致,基于此搭建了永磁直驱负载突变模拟实验平台,进行模拟实验,在此基础上进行链传动系统张力实验验证,以期探寻永磁直驱传动系统的动态特性,为工业性试验提供参考,以提高试验水平,保证试验结果的可靠性。
Experimental Study on Dynamic Characteristics of Permanent Magnet Direct Drive System and Tension of Chain Drive System of Scraper Conveyor
Scraper conveyor operating environment is complex,and high failure rate,mainly due to the scraper chain abnormality,based on this,the permanent magnet direct drive load mutation simulation experiment platform was built to carry out simulation experiments,on the basis of which chain drive system experiments were carried out to verify,in order to explore the dynamic characteristics of the permanent magnet direct drive system,to provide reference for the industrial test,in order to improve the level of the test,and to ensure the reliability of the test results.
