掘进机截割头破煤机理及受力参数优化探讨

为进一步探究掘进机截割头的优化路径,在对掘进机截割头破煤机理研究的基础上,对掘进机截割头运行过程中的几项主要受力参数进行了仿真分析,确定了横截与钻进两种工况下的较优转速,并进一步研究和确定了横切速度及钻进速度的优化数值。实际测试显示,优化后的参数取得了相对更高的截割效果,证明此次研究取得了一定进展。
Discussion on the Mechanism of Coal Breaking Mechanism and Optimisation of Force Parameters of Cutting Head of Roadheader
In order to further explore the optimisation path of the cutter head of roadheader,based on the research of the coal breaking mechanism of the cutter head of roadheader,several main force parameters of the cutter head of roadheader in the process of operation were simulated and analysed,and the optimal rotational speeds under the two conditions of traverse cutting and drilling were determined,and the optimised values of the traverse cutting and drilling speeds were further researched and determined.The actual test shows that the optimised parameters achieve relatively higher cutting effect,which proves that this research has made some progress.
