基于EDEM的采煤机冲击截齿截割特性研究

为了解决采煤机在硬质煤层截割时截齿磨损大、截割效率低的问题,提出了一种新的基于液压驱动的冲击预裂型截齿,利用仿真分析的方法对有截齿冲击和无截齿冲击情况下的截割滚筒截割特性进行了研究。结果表明,在采用新的冲击截齿后采煤机的截割效率提升了20。34%,截齿的截割力提升了20%,极大地提升了采煤机的截割效率和经济性。
Research on Cutting Characteristics of Impact Cutter Teeth of Coal Mining Machine Based on EDEM
In order to solve the problems of large tooth wear and low cutting efficiency of coal mining machine when cutting hard coal seams,a new impact pre-cracking type cutter based on hydraulic drive is proposed,and the cutting characteristics of the cutting drum with and without impact of the cutter are investigated by simulation analysis method.The results show that the cutting eficiency of the coal miner is increased by 20.34%after adopting the new impact cut-off teeth,and the cutting force of the cut-off teeth is increased by 20%,which greatly improves the cutting efficiency and economy of the coal miner.
