摘要
为进一步探究掩护式液压支架的力学性能特点,以ZY-7200-18-40D型掩护式液压支架为研究对象,首先结合力学分析方法确定其关键部件参数;而后应用有限元分析方法,对该掩护式液压支架的顶梁、连杆和掩护梁三类主要部件进行有限元分析,分析结果显示,各个主要部件均未出现应力超标或应力集中问题,表明该掩护式液压支架性能基本符合要求,可在后续综采工作中逐步推广应用.
Abstract
In order to further explore the mechanical performance characteristics of the cover type hydraulic support,with ZY-7200-18-40D cover type hydraulic support as the research object,firstly,combined with mechanical analysis method to determine its key components parameters;and then apply finite element analysis method,the cover type hydraulic support of the roof beam,connecting rod and cover beam three types of major components for finite element analysis,the analysis results show that the main components do not appear stress exceeding the standard.The analysis results show that the main components do not have stress exceeding or stress concentration problems,indicating that the performance of the cover hydraulic support basically meets the requirements,and can be gradually promoted and applied in the subsequent comprehensive mining work.
