采煤机在煤炭开采过程中有着重要的地位,随着开采需求的增加,对采煤机的要求也越来越高,为了提高采煤机的性能,对采煤机关键部件进行参数匹配、三维模型设计与数学模型建立,并进行运动学与动力学仿真,提出双电机交叉耦合协同控制结构,并通过Adams与Simulink联合仿真对耦合模型进行验证,达到提高采煤机可靠性与安全性的目的.
Research on Coal Mining Machine Co-operative Control with Dual Motors
Coal mining machine has an important position in the process of coal mining,with the increase of mining demand,the demand for coal mining machine is also higher and higher,in order to improve the performance of coal mining machine,the key components of the coal mining machine for parameter matching,three-dimensional model design and mathematical model establishment,and kinematics and dynamics simulation,proposed dual-motor cross-coupling synergistic control structure,and through Adams and simulink joint simulation to verify the coupling model,in order to improve the reliability and safety of the coal mining machine.The coupling model is verified by Adams and simulink joint simulation,which achieves the purpose of improving the reliability and safety of coal mining machine.
