针对实际应用中锤式破碎机存在部件磨损大、结构体积大、生产效率低、资源浪费多的缺点,基于ANSYS仿真软件对锤式破碎机进行仿真分析,设置合理参数,优化设计方案,通过在实际的应用,结果表明:基于ANSYS的锤式破碎机粉碎的出料粒径小于30 mm,处理量在500 t/h的排料量可以增强破碎效果,并可以通过增加倒圆角或改变锤头形状来减少机器磨耗.
Research on Key Parameters and Simulation Application of Hammer Crusher Based on ANSYS
Aiming at the shortcomings of the hammer crusher in practical application,such as high wear and tear of parts,large structure volume,low productivity and waste of resources,the hammer crusher is simulated and analysed based on ANSYS simulation software,and reasonable parameters are set to optimize the design scheme,and the results show that:the size of crushed material of the hammer crusher based on ANSYS is less than 30 mm,and the discharge volume of the hammer crusher can be reduced by 500 t/h.The discharge capacity of 500 t/h can enhance the crushing effect,and can increase the chamfer or change the shape of the hammer head to reduce the machine wear.
