Analysis of the Influence of Running Speed of Roadheader on Cutting Loads
Roadheader is an important equipment for coal mine roadway excavation, which causes mining dislocation in coal mines due to the limitation of excavation efficiency. In order to improve the digging efficiency, the running speed of the roadheader is increased, but it is easy to cause a large change in the cutting load, which causes wear and tear or even destruction of the cutting head.Discrete element simulation is carried out to analyse the effect of cutting head running speed on cutting load,so as to provide a reference for the selection of the speed of the roadheader.
