尾架是煤矿带式输送机中的重要组成部分,尾架性能的好坏直接关系到整个输送机的运行效果。所以,煤矿带式输送机设计时,应对尾架的动力学进行分析,以掌握影响尾架运行状态的主要因素。基于此,通过对煤矿带式输送机尾架结构的选择,进而在静力学有限元分析的基础上,对尾架动力学进行了仿真分析。通过动力学仿真分析可知,导致尾架振动的主要原因包括输送机启动过程、突然制动与输送带不平稳,以此为尾架及带式输送机更好地设计提供支持。

The tail frame is an important part of the coal mine belt conveyor,and the performance of the tail frame is directly related to the operation effect of the whole conveyor.Therefore,in the design of the coal mine belt conveyor,the dynamics of the tail carrier should be analyzed to master the main factors affecting the running state of the tail carrier.Based on this,on the basis of the static finite element analysis.Through the dynamic simulation analysis,it can be seen that the main reasons for the tail frame vibration include the conveyor start-up process,sudden braking and unstable conveyor belt,so as to better design the tail frame and belt conveyor provide support,
