8t煤矿防爆无轨胶轮车前后车架的力学分析

为进一步探究煤矿用防爆无轨胶轮车的运行质量提升路径,以煤矿企业常用的8t级防爆无轨胶轮车为研究对象,首先结合设计图纸,建立其有限元分析模型;而后综合考虑该无轨胶轮车的几种常见运行工况,对各种工况下的车架应力分布情况进行探究,明确其受力薄弱部位;在此基础上,通过应用加厚的方式进行优化,并探究其改进效果。结果显示,本次优化方案能够在理论上提升车架的力学性能,可在今后的工作中逐步实践应用。
Mechanical Analysis of the Front and Rear Frames of 8ton Explosion-Proof Trackless Rubber Wheelbarrow for Coal Mine
In order to further explore the operation quality improvement path of the explosion-proof trackless rubber wheelbarrow for coal mine,we take the 8 t-class explosion-proof trackless rubber wheelbarrow commonly used in coal mine enterprises as the research object,and firstly,combine with the design drawings to establish its finite element analysis model;and then,considering several common operation conditions of the trackless rubber wheelbarrow,we investigate the stress distribution of the frame under various working conditions,and make clear the weak parts of its force;on this basis,we optimize the frame by applying the thickening method,and explore its weak parts;and then,we optimize it by applying the thickening method,and explore its mechanical analysis.On the basis of this,the optimisation is carried out by applying thickening and exploring its improvement effect,and the results show that this optimisation scheme can theoretically improve the mechanical properties of the frame,which can be gradually practically applied in the future work.
