摘要

为了进一步研究综采工作面液压支架工作状况,提高支架工作性能,利用AMESim仿真软件对不同流量、不同仿真时间下液压支架液压系统中进出口损失压力、系统压力、液压缸活塞速度以及跟机动作的液压系统压力等变化情况,为了提高液压支架液压系统稳定性、工作效率等提供了理论参考依据,从而保证液压支架液压系统安全稳定运行.

Abstract

In order to further study the working condition of the hydraulic support of the comprehensive mining face and improve the working performance of the support,AMESim simulation software is used to analyse the changes of the import and export loss pressure,system pressure,piston speed of the hydraulic cylinder and hydraulic system pressure of the hydraulic system of the hydraulic support under different flow rates and simulation times,so as to provide a theoretical reference basis for the improvement of the stability of the hydraulic system of the hydraulic support and the high efficiency of its work.In order to improve the stability and eficiency of the hydraulic system of the hydraulic support,the theoretical reference basis is provided,so as to ensure the safe and stable operation of the hydraulic system of the hydraulic support.
