In order to solve the problems of difficult operation and poor speed regulation performance commonly found in the existing coal mine transport winches,a hybrid drive winch is designed in this paper.Firstly,according to the actual production demand,combined with the existing winch technology,the overall design of the hybrid drive winch is proposed.Then,the structure and principle design of each part is carried out respectively.Finally,according to the programme design,through the field test to verify the designed winch performance,to provide a theoretical basis for future practical production.
