Research on Tool Trajectory Fitting for Non-Circular Curves in Macro CNC Turning
By comparing and analysing the function specific of several non-circular curve turning methods,the analysis determines the application advantages of macro program turning machining non-circular curve parts,and combines the programming ideas of turning compound cycle instructions to parabolic,elliptic curve combination parts turning processing as an example,CNC simulation processing experiments.The experiment verifies the feasibility of the programming procedure,and at the same time,the simplicity and quickness of the programming process,as well as the parameter commands can be manually modified to replace the characteristics of the similar complex class of parts contour turning processing provides a reference.
