煤矿液压支架的支护可靠性分析及研究

为分析煤矿液压支架的支护可靠性,提出一种基于故障树与故障模式影响分析(FMEA)方法。该方法主要分为两个阶段,第一阶段主要是通过故障树分析法建立液压支架支护故障树,并对其进行布尔运算,获取最小割集;第二阶段主要是通过故障模式影响分析法,获取液压支架支护风险性系数。测试结果表明,该方法具有一定的可行性,可用于煤矿液压支架的支护可靠性分析。
Analysis and Research on Support Reliability of Coal Mine Hydraulic Support
In order to analyse the support reliability of coal mine hydraulic support,a method based on fault tree and failure mode effect analysis(FMEA)is proposed.The method is mainly divided into two stages,the first stage is to establish the fault tree of hydraulic support through fault tree analysis,and then perform Boolean operation to obtain the minimum cut set;the second stage is to obtain the risk coefficient of hydraulic support through failure mode effect analysis.The test results show that this method has certain feasibility and can be used for the support reliability analysis of hydraulic support in coal mine.
