从工作原理、结构形式、工作模式三方面着手,分析了一种散装物料移动除尘漏斗的装车装置的研究设计.该设计原理可以使溜槽在作业和非作业情况之间切换,同步溜槽到指定位置,不需要人工的重复定位及重复装填,可避免因为物料的二次装填而导致的机械安全事故,减少装填工序,解决重复装填、物料遗散等装填问题,提高工作效率,提高人员的安全性,提高设备的自动化与便捷性.
Research and Design of Loading Device of Mobile Dust Removal Funnel for Bulk Materials
The research and design of a loading device for bulk material mobile de-dusting hopper is analysed from three aspects:working principle,structural form and working mode.The design principle can make the chute switch between operation and non-operation situation,synchronise the chute to the specified position without repeated positioning and repeated loading by manpower,which can avoid mechanical safety accidents due to the secondary loading of materials,reduce the loading process,solve the problems of loading such as repeated loading and materials left scattered,improve the working efficiency,improve the safety of personnel,and improve the automation and convenience of the equipment.
