摘要

全液压履带式钻机操作比较复杂、需要有专人搬运、拆卸钻杆、看管通风通水开关,占用了大量的人力资源,并且此类设备仍需要工人近距离操作才能实现打钻施工,无法避免喷孔对作业人员的伤害,基于此,为提高矿井消突治理装备水平,响应国家"机械化换人、自动化减人"科技强安政策,构建多系统集成的煤矿智能化装备体系,新元煤矿研究设计ZDY7350LQY煤矿用一体化全断面自动化钻机,实现矿井煤层打钻工程的自动化水平,提高矿井消突治理效率.

Abstract

The operation of fully hydraulic crawler drilling rigs is relatively complicated,requiring special personnel to carry,dismantle drilling rods and supervise the ventilation and water supply switches,which takes up a large number of human resources,and this kind of equipment still requires workers to be operated in close proximity to realise the drilling construction,and it is not possible to avoid the harm of spraying holes on the operating personnel,based on which,in order to raise the level of equipment for the elimination of blasting control of the mines,and in response to the state's"mechanisation for manpower,automation for manpower",it is important to develop a new automated drill rig for mine use.Based on this,in order to improve the equipment level of mine blasting control,respond to the national"mechanisation,automation and manpower reduction"science and technology policy,and build a multi-system integrated coal mine intelligent equipment system,Xinyuan Coal Mine researched and designed the ZDY7350LQY coal mine integrated full-section automated drilling rig,to achieve the level of automation of the drilling project of the coal seam in the mines,and to increase the efficiency of blasting control in the mines.
