摘要
介绍了一种齿轮箱组合密封结构,此结构采用非接触式的甩油环离心密封、接触式的油封密封以及轴向迷宫密封的多种方式相结合的组合密封方式.该密封方式在紧凑的结构上实现了轴向密封,大大降低减速机输入输出端的漏油隐患.该种密封方式特别适用于户外设备、粉尘较大的环境恶劣等不便于经常维护的工作场所.
Abstract
A gearbox combination sealing structure is introduced,which adopts a combination of non-contact oil ring centrifugal seal,contact oil seal and axial labyrinth seal.This sealing method achieves axial sealing in a compact structure,which greatly reduces the potential risk of oil leakage at the input and output ends of the gearbox.This sealing method is especially suitable for outdoor equipment,dusty environment,and other places where it is not easy to maintain frequently.
