大唐国际发电股份有限公司积极响应国家号召,严格控制烟气排放。脱硝热解炉系统投入运行多年后,发现脱硝热解炉系统在运行中容易受操作、温度等影响,导致热解炉结晶,严重影响机组负荷。对脱硝系统进行改造,加装了脱硝直喷系统,但是在运行中逐渐显露出设计缺陷,对脱硝直喷系统的优化刻不容缓。基于此,进行针对性改造,采用对混流器增加旁路的改造方案。实际应用表明,改造后,在更换混流器时,切换尿素溶液流经管道,无需停运系统,既便于日常检修,又能保证机组稳定运行。同时,可以降低检修成本,减少检修人员的工作量,提升检修效率。

Datang International Power Generation Co.,Ltd.actively responds to the national call for strict control of flue gas emissions.The denitrification pyrolysis furnace system has been put into operation for many years,and it is found that the denitrification pyrolysis furnace system is susceptible to operation,temperature and other influences in operation,resulting in crystallisation of the pyrolysis furnace,which seriously affects the load of the unit.The denitrification system was modified and a denitrification direct injection system was installed,but design flaws were gradually revealed during operation,and the optimisation of the denitrification direct injection system should not be delayed.Based on this,the targeted transformation,using the mixer to add bypass transformation programme.Practical application shows that,after the transformation,when replacing the mixer,switching the urea solution flow through the pipeline,without stopping the system,not only to facilitate daily maintenance,but also to ensure stable operation of the unit.At the same time,it can reduce the maintenance cost,reduce the workload of maintenance personnel and improve the maintenance efficiency.
