Research on Strength Analysis and Optimised Design of Coal Mine Hydraulic Bracket Top Beam
Aiming at the problem of roof beam damage of ZY29000/45/100D hydraulic support,the strength analysis of roof beam was carried out with the help of finite element simulation and analysis method,and the results show that there is obvious stress concentration on the transverse reinforcement plate above the column nest of the side of the roof beam cushion block,and there are different degrees of stress concentration at other positions,which is the main reason for the damage problem.The improvement of the crossbeam is carried out by increasing the thickness of the roof beam rib plate and combining the sticker plate with the diagonal lap rib plate,and the simulation verification results show that the problem of stress concentration in the roof beam is improved,the maximum stress value is reduced by 43.6%,and the safety number reaches 1.06,which is a remarkable improvement effect.
