矿用带式输送机托辊结构强度及优化改进研究

基于矿用带式输送机托辊基本结构,构建有限元分析模型,并以此为基础实施托辊有限元分析,仿真分析结果中的托辊应力分布情况,介绍新型矿用带式输送机托辊优化设计方法及优化方案。另外,将优化设计方案应用于工程实践,确认优化方案的有效性,检验托辊优化设计方法的实践价值。根据研究结果可知,矿用带式输送机优化设计方案具有较强应用价值,证明优化设计方法具有一定有效性。
Structural Strength and Optimisation Improvement of Mining Belt Conveyor Rollers
Based on the basic structure of mining belt conveyor rollers,the finite element analysis model is constructed,and based on which the finite element analysis of the rollers is implemented,the stress distribution of the rollers in the simulation results is analysed,and the optimization design method and optimization scheme of the new type of mining belt conveyor rollers are introduced.In addition,the optimised design scheme is applied to engineering practice to confirm the validity of the optimised scheme and test the practical value of the optimised design method of the rollers.According to the results of the study,it can be seen that the optimised design scheme of mining belt conveyor has strong application value and proves that the optimised design method has a certain degree of effectiveness.
