煤矿掘进面由诸多模块构成,通风系统是其中较为重要的一个模块,用于井下与井上气体的交换,为煤矿开采创造良好的作业环境。所以,煤矿开采过程中,应根据煤矿掘进工作面具体情况,选取最佳的通风机设备。基于此,以某煤矿工程作为研究对象,通过对煤矿基本情况与掘进工作面通风系统现状的简单介绍,进而对矿井通风系统风量进行了计算,并以此为基础,选择相应的通风系统设备,最后验证了该通风系统设备的应用效果。通过验证可以发现,该设备符合某煤矿掘进工作面通风要求,可将该方案进行应用。
Calculation and Analysis of Local Ventilator Equipment Selection for Coal Mine Roadheading Workings
Coal mine boring face consists of many modules,and the ventilation system is one of the more important modules,which is used for the exchange of gases between underground and above the well to create a good working environment for coal mining.Therefore,in the process of coal mining,the best ventilator equipment should be selected according to the specific conditions of coal mine boring face.Based on this,a coal mine project as a research object,through the basic situation of the coal mine and the current situation of the ventilation system in the face of the mine,and then the mine ventilation system air volume was calculated,and based on this,the selection of the corresponding ventilation system equipment,and finally verified the effectiveness of the application of the ventilation system equipment.Through the verification,it can be found that the equipment meets the ventilation requirements of a coal mine boring face,and the programme can be applied.
