摘要
介绍了SMS MEER无缝钢管挤压机主要结构和影响成材率的主要故障点,并针对挤压机的结构结合作业现场的实际使用和工况环境提出改进方案.钢挤压机设备有两个部件影响荒管成材率,分别是热锯和挤压液压系统,热锯控制精度未达标影响成材率;液压系统不稳定影响荒管表面质量.通过改进使管材通过挤压机生产成材率提高.
Abstract
The main structure of SMS MEER seamless steel pipe extruder and the main failure points affecting the yield rate are introduced,and an improvement programme is proposed for the structure of the extruder in combination with the actual use and working conditions at the site.There are two components in the steel extruder equipment that affect the yield of barren tubes:the hot saw and the extrusion hydraulic system.The control accuracy of the hot saw is not up to the standard,which affects the yield rate;and the instability of the hydraulic system affects the surface quality of the pipe.Through the improvement,the production rate of pipe through the extruder can be increased.
