为解决保护误动引发机组跳闸停机问题,通过针对某火电600 MW机组检修环节暴露出的故障问题进行故障点定位与原因分析,从单点保护方案修改、TSI机柜优化、ETS动作逻辑优化、ETS供电电路优化等多个方面提出改进系统功能的技术措施,最终有效排除隐蔽故障,维护汽轮机组的安全可靠运行.
Design Optimisation Study of TSI and ETS Systems for 600MW Units
In order to solve the problem of tripping and shutting down of the unit caused by protection mis-activation,the technical measures to improve the function of the system are proposed from the modification of the single-point protection scheme,optimization of the TSI cabinet,optimization of the action logic of the ETS,and optimization of the power supply circuit of the ETS by locating the faults and analysing the causes of faults that have been exposed in the overhauling process of a 600 MW unit of a thermal power plant,and ultimately eliminating hidden faults effectively and maintaining the safe and reliable operation of the turbine unit.safe and reliable operation of the turbine unit.
