针对选煤厂末煤系统存在的高硫份及低硫份末煤混合分选、部分产末煤产品混入到动力煤中销售,导致末煤产品未能充分发挥经济效益等问题,结合现场情况合理确定改造工艺以及改造技术方案。主要通过超级重介旋流器增加末煤系统处理能力并实现高硫份、低硫份末煤单独分选,同时充分利用超级重介旋流器分选效率高、处理能力大等优点洗选低硫份末煤,增加喷吹精煤产量;采用原有的跳汰系统分选高硫份末煤,满足动力煤配煤需要。末煤系统改造完成后,选煤厂末煤系统可多生产约17。75万t喷吹精煤,年增加经济效益约2 850万元,技术改造取得较好效果。
Analysis of Technical Transformation of Final Coal System in Coal Preparation Plant
Aiming at the problems that exist in the final coal system of coal preparation plant,such as the mixing of high sulfur and low sulfur final coal,and the mixing of some final coal products into power coal for sale,resulting in the failure of final coal products to give full play to the economic benefits,etc.,we have reasonably determined the transformation process and the transformation technology scheme in accordance with the site conditions.Mainly through the super heavy-duty cyclone to increase the processing capacity of the final coal system and to achieve high sulfur and low sulfur final coal separate sorting,at the same time,make full use of the advantages of super heavy-duty cyclone sorting efficiency,large processing capacity and other advantages of washing low sulfur final coal,increase the output of blown coal;using the original jigging system to separate high sulfur final coal,to meet the needs of the power coal allotment.After the transformation of the final coal system is completed,the final coal system of the coal preparation plant can produce about 177,500 t of blown coal,and the annual economic benefit is increased by about 28,500,000 yuan,and the technical transformation has achieved a good effect.
