煤矿主运带式输送机自动控制系统开发与实践研究

摘要
为进一步探究煤矿主运带式输送机的自动控制方法,结合实际情况,基于可编程控制器等硬件设备,并整合协同控制、模糊控制等技术方法,构建面向煤矿主运带式输送机的自动控制系统,并将其投入实际应用.实际测试结果显示,该系统能够在保障输送机运输效率不变的前提下,有效降低电能消耗,具有一定的现实意义.
Abstract
In order to further explore the automatic control method of the main belt conveyor in coal mine,this study combined with the actual situation,based on programmable controller and other hardware equipment,and integrated collaborative control,fuzzy control and other technology methods to build an automatic control system for the main belt conveyor in coal mine,and put it into practical application.The actual test results show that the system can effectively reduce the power consumption without changing the transportation efficiency of the conveyor,which has certain practical significance.
