带式输送机张紧力自动调节系统研究

为提高带式输送机运行可靠性,解决现有张紧力调节装置存在的调节范围有限、自适应能力差以及智能化程度低等问题,提出一种带式输送机张紧力自动调节系统。张紧力自动调节系统以PLC为核心,采用传感器实时获取带式输送机、张紧装置运行参数,并通过PID控制方式确保实际张紧力与设定张紧力间偏差在合理范围内,并对张紧力自动调节系统整体结构、硬件设备及张紧力调节方案等进行设计。现场应用后,该张紧力自动调节系统可依据带式输送机负载变化及张紧力需求自动调整张紧力值,在减少带式输送机故障发生率、提高运行可靠性等方面表现出显著优势。
Research on Automatic Adjustment System of Belt Conveyor Tensioning Force
In order to improve the reliability of belt conveyor operation and solve the problems of limited adjustment range,poor adaptive ability and low degree of intelligence of the existing tension adjustment device,a belt conveyor tension automatic adjustment system is proposed.The tensioning force automatic adjustment system takes PLC as the core,adopts sensors to obtain the operating parameters of belt conveyor and tensioning device in real time,and ensures that the deviation between the actual tensioning force and the set tensioning force is within a reasonable range by means of PID control,and designs the overall structure of the tensioning force automatic adjustment system,the hardware equipment and the tensioning force adjustment scheme,etc.After the field application,this tensioning force automatic adjustment system is designed to solve the problem of limited adjustment range and poor self-adaptive ability of the existing tensioning force adjustment device.After field application,the tensioning force automatic adjustment system can automatically adjust the tensioning force value according to the change of belt conveyor load and the demand of tensioning force,which shows significant advantages in reducing the failure rate of belt conveyor and improving the operation reliability.
