带式输送机智能化联合驱动控制系统的应用研究

针对多电机驱动带式输送机系统在运行过程中所存在的重载启动稳定性差、功率平衡性差、张紧装置反应速度慢的问题,提出了 一种新的带式输送机智能调速控制系统。该系统采用了闭环矢量控制、多电机柔性协调控制、多条件闭环张紧调节控制等提高了输送机系统运行的稳定性。根据实际应用表明,该系统能够保证输送机在不同负载情况下的启动平稳性、消除运行中的功率不平衡性,将张紧装置的响应时间缩短73。1%。
Application Research on Intelligent Joint Drive Control System of Belt Conveyor
Aiming at the problems of poor stability of heavy load startup,poor power balance and slow reaction speed of tensioning device that exist in the operation of multi-motor driven belt conveyor system,a new intelligent speed control system for belt conveyor is proposed,which adopts closed-loop vector control,flexible coordinated control of multi-motors,and multi-conditional closed-loop control of tensioning conditions,etc.,and improves the stability of the operation of the conveyor system.According to the practical application,it is shown that the system can ensure the starting smoothness of the conveyor under different load conditions,eliminate the power imbalance in operation,and shorten the response time of the tensioning device by 73.1%.
