Research on Automatic Height Adjustment Hydraulic System of Coal Mining Machine Based on Genetic Algorithm PID Control
In order to improve the dynamic characteristics of the control system of coal mining machine and achieve precise control.By analysing the principle of PID control of genetic algorithm,the hydraulic system of automatic height adjustment of coal mining machine with electro-hydraulic proportional control is optimized by combining the PID control of genetic algorithm and hydraulic system.Comparison simulation analysis before and after the optimisation of the piston rod speed response,displacement tracking,compared with the pure electro-hydraulic proportional control has a better effect,can realize the rapid change of the vertical position of the drum;and optimization to reduce the steady state error due to the load perturbation,to enhance the anti-interference ability and accuracy.
