摘要
为进一步提升煤矿通风机故障预警水平,结合某煤矿企业通风机运行故障现状,整合传感器、信号调理等功能建立煤矿通风机故障预警系统,并对系统的故障预警分析、数据采集、通信等功能的设计与实现进行了较为详细的探讨.从实际测试结果来看,该系统在故障预警分析方面具有一定的性能优势,预计可在后续工作中逐步得到应用.
Abstract
In order to further improve the level of ventilator fault warning in coal mine,this paper combines the current situation of ventilator operation in a coal mine enterprise,integrates the functions of sensor and signal conditioning to establish a ventilator fault warning system,and discusses in detail the design and implementation of the system's fault warning analysis,data acquisition,communication and other functions.From the actual test results,the system has certain performance advantages in fault warning analysis,and it is expected to be gradually applied in the follow-up work.
