摘要
基于传统带式输送机张紧装置自动化水平低、故障率高以及张紧效果差等问题,以晋北煤矿403工作面内DSJ120/100/2×220带式输送机为研究对象,设计了一套张紧自动调控系统,并详细介绍了张紧自动调控系统的主要结构和工作原理.该装置投入使用后,带式输送机张紧精度提高至95%,输送带断带、撕带等事故率降低至6%以下,全年输送机维修费用减少了 37.1万元,取得了显著的应用效果.
Abstract
Based on the technical problems of low automation level,high failure rate and poor tensioning effect of traditional belt conveyor tensioning device,a set of automatic tensioning control system is designed with DSJ120/100/2 ×220 belt conveyor in the working face of 403 in JINBEI COAL MINE as the research background,and the main structure and working principle of the automatic tensioning control system are introduced in detail.After the device is put into use,the belt conveyor tensioning accuracy is increased to 95%,the accident rate of belt breakage and belt tearing is reduced to less than 6%,and the annual conveyor maintenance cost is reduced by 371,000 yuan,which achieves remarkable application effect.
