摘要
针对空压机当前运行状态监测以人工24h无间断进行记录和分析为主所面临的可靠性低、效率低的问题,结合实践生产对空压机综合保护系统的指标要求进行综合分析,设计了空压机综合保护系统的总体方案,并根据综合保护需求完成了关键硬件和主控制程序流程图的设计,为今后实现空压机智能化的综合保护奠定基础.
Abstract
Aiming at the low reliability and low efficiency of the air compressor's current operating status monitoring,which is mainly recorded and analysed manually 24 hours a day without interruption,and combining with the comprehensive analysis of the index requirements for the comprehensive protection system of the air compressor in practical production,we have designed the overall scheme of the comprehensive protection system of the air compressor,and completed the design of the key hardware and the flowchart of the main control program according to the demand for comprehensive protection,which lays a foundation for the intelligent comprehensive protection of the air compressor in the future.Lay the foundation for the intelligent comprehensive protection of air compressor in the future.
