摘要

大型矿用电铲由机械子系统、电气子系统和油气路子系统组成,健康状态评估主要是对这三个子系统的关键部件进行综合分析.将各子系统的当前故障、历史故障、保养信息、部件寿命和作业信息五个方面作为电铲健康状态评估的依据,进行子系统评分,并计算整机评分.通过对电铲子系统和整机健康状态进行定量化分析,能够更客观地了解电铲的健康状况,确保大型矿用电铲安全生产.

Abstract

Large mining electric rope shovel are composed of mechanical subsystem,electrical subsystem and oil and gas subsystem.The health status assessment is mainly to conduct a comprehensive analysis of the key components of these three subsystems to achieve a quantitative evaluation of the health of the subsystems and the whole machine.so as to understand the health status of the electric rope shovel more objectively.In this paper,the five aspects of the current fault,historical fault,maintenance information,component life and operation information of each subsystem are taken as the basis for the health status assessment of the electric rope shovel,and then the whole machine score is calculated,which has certain practical significance for the health status assessment and safety production of large mining electric rope shovel.
