手机在使用中从高处跌落时,屏幕的角部受力后导致整个玻璃破损,后期维护成本较高.基于此,设计研发了液晶玻璃磨角设备,介绍了该设备的工艺流程、主要结构及关键工艺参数,分析了液晶玻璃磨角机在磨削玻璃任意角时出现精度误差的数据深度分析及修正方法,用以确保产品的磨削精度及设备的稳定性,以期该研究对相关行业提供技术参考.
Research on Grinding Accuracy Analysis and Correction Method of Liquid Crystal Glass Grinding Machine
When a mobile phone is dropped from a high place during use,the corner of the screen is stressed,resulting in the breakage of the whole glass,and the maintenance cost is high.Based on this,the design and development of liquid crystal glass grinding equipment,introduced the process of the equipment,the main structure and key process parameters,analysed the liquid crystal glass grinding machine in the grinding of glass at any corner of the accuracy of the depth of the data analysis and correction methods to ensure the grinding accuracy of the product and the stability of the equipment,in order to the study of the relevant industries to provide technical reference.
