Anomaly of Speed Measurement Loop of TSI System in Steam Turbine Unit of Thermal Power Plant
Aiming at the problem of abnormal fluctuation of overspeed protection signal of TSI system of steam turbine unit,the analysis of abnormal rotational speed is carried out by integrating the experience of unit overhaul project According to the logical composition of the overspeed protection module,the cause of the fault is investigated,the alarm signal is confirmed to be issued by the overspeed protection card,and technical measures such as re-plugging the communication line and optimising the configuration of communication parameters of the card are taken to eliminate the anomalous phenomenon of the overspeed protection signal,which provides an important reference for the overhaul of the same kind of equipment.
