摘要

电厂一次调频面临的主要问题包括网频与机组汽机转速越限时刻存在偏差,15 s贡献指数、30 s贡献指数、积分电量贡献指数未达到要求,机组转速测量不够精确等.针对以上问题利用高精度转速控制器提升机组一次调频性能,效果明显.

Abstract

The main problems faced by the primary FM of power plants include the deviation between the network frequency and the unit turbine speed overrun moment,the 15 s contribution index,the 30 s contribution index,the integral power contribution index does not meet the requirements,and the unit speed measurement is not accurate enough,etc.To address the above problems,a high-precision speed controller is used to improve the performance of the unit primary FM.Aiming at the above problems,a high-precision speed controller is used to improve the performance of primary FM of the unit,and the effect is obvious.
