Feasibility Study on Waste Heat Recovery of Air Compressor in Sanshuigou Air Shaft of Sihe Mine for Preparing Hot Water for Bathing
In order to solve the problem of waste heat of air compressor in Sanshugou wind well of Sihe Mine and improve the comprehensive energy utilisation rate of air compressor,SMEET coal mine-specific high-efficiency air compressor waste heat recovery technology is adopted to prepare hot water for bathing.After calculation,the total investment cost of the project's heating system equipment and supporting engineering is about 1.859 million yuan,the system operating cost is 126,000 yuan,the static payback period is 1.3 years,and the economic benefits are remarkable.
