摘要
为解决液压支架侧护板因制造误差、下料焊接变形等因素引起的安装困难、使用时动作不灵活等问题,对侧护板各生产工序进行了分析研究,对生产过程中常出现的一些问题提供了解决方案,并在此基础上制定了较为详尽的生产工艺,明确了下料切割方法、拼焊方法等,以有效降低制造误差及变形的影响,提高侧护板成品的合格率,更好地为车间生产提供技术指导.
Abstract
In order to solve the problems of difficult installation and inflexible operation caused by manufacturing errors,cutting and welding deformation of the side guard board of hydraulic support,various production processes of the side guard board were analyzed and studied,and solutions were provided for some common problems in the production process.Based on this,a more detailed production process was developed,clarifying the cutting and welding methods,it can effectively reduce the impact of manufacturing errors and deformation,improve the qualification rate of side shield products,and provide better technical guidance for workshop production.
