摘要
采煤机和掘进机使用的截齿容易出现失效问题.正确分析截齿失效形式,是提高截齿使用效率的关键.截齿失效形式主要有磨损失效、断裂失效、刀头脱落失效、腐蚀失效.针对这些失效形式,需要对截齿的材料、结构和表面处理等方面进行改进和优化,例如采用新型材料、改变截齿的结构、加强表面处理等方法,从而延长截齿的使用寿命.同时,人们也需要加强对截齿的维护和更换,及时发现并处理截齿失效问题,确保采煤机和掘进机的正常运转,提高煤矿生产效率.
Abstract
Cutting teeth used in coal miners and roadheaders are prone to failure problems.Correctly analysing the form of failure of interceptor teeth is the key to improve the efficiency of the use of interceptor teeth.Failure of interceptor teeth is mainly in the following forms:wear failure,fracture failure,cutter head dislodgement failure,corrosion failure.For these forms of failure,it is necessary to improve and optimise the material,structure and surface treatment of the teeth,such as the use of new materials,change the structure of the teeth,strengthen the surface treatment and other methods,so as to extend the service life of the teeth.At the same time,people also need to strengthen the maintenance and replacement of the teeth,timely detection and treatment of the failure of the teeth,to ensure the normal operation of the coal mining machine and roadheader,and improve the production efficiency of coal mines.
