特厚煤层综放开采时巷道更容易变形,对支护方案提出了更高的要求.在对某特厚煤层进行概述的基础上,结合煤层实际情况设计了小煤柱巷道支护的技术方案.方案主要是使用锚杆、锚索、W型钢带、钢筋网、金属网等进行联合支护,锚杆和锚索的规格型号分别为Φ22 mm × 2 400 mm 和 Φ21.8-1 × 19-6300(或 4 300)mm.巷道破碎区域可以使用W型短节钢带、矿用工字钢、高强度蝶形托盘等进行强化支护.通过实践观察,发现巷道围岩变形量在可以接受的范围内,锚杆和锚索的预紧力也在理想范围内.支护方案有效保障了小煤柱巷道的稳定性.
Research on the Support Technology of Small Pillar Roadway in Integrated Mining of Extra-Thick Coal Seam
The roadway is more prone to deformation in the integrated mining of extra-thick coal seams,which puts forward higher requirements for the support scheme.On the basis of an overview of a particularly thick coal seam,a technical scheme for small coal pillar roadway support is designed in combination with the actual situation of the coal seam.The programme mainly uses anchor rods,anchor cables,W-type steel belts,steel mesh,metal mesh,etc.for joint support,and the specification models of anchor rods and anchor cables are Φ22 mm × 2,400 mm and Φ21.8-1 × 19-6300(or 4,300)mm,respectively.The crushed area of the roadway can be reinforced with W-type short-section steel belts,mining I-beams,high-strength butterfly trays,etc.Through practical observation,it is found that the deformation of the roadway peripheral rock is within the acceptable range,and the pre-tensioning force of the anchor rods and anchor cables is also within the ideal range.The support programme effectively guarantees the stability of the small coal pillar roadway.
