一种高效稳定的细纱机伺服控制系统设计

传统细纱机的钢领板升降、加捻和牵伸运动全部靠主轴的机械传动,如果要改纺不同品种的纱线就需要大量的人力和时间来计算及更换机械齿轮,效率低下、容易出错.基于此,设计了 一种高效稳定的细纱机伺服控制系统,只需在人机界面上设定所纺纱线的一系列工艺参数,细纱机的钢领板、罗拉和锭子就能够按照控制器计算出的速度高精度运行.纺纱结束后快速进行集体落纱,有利于纺织厂提高劳动生产率、降低劳动强度.
Design of an Efficient and Stable Servo Control System for Spinning Machine
The lifting,twisting and drafting motions of the collar plate of the traditional spinning machine all rely on the mechanical transmission of the spindle,which requires a lot of manpower and time for calculating and replacing the mechanical gears if different varieties of yarns are to be spun,which is inefficient and prone to errors.Aiming at these problems,an efficient and stable servo control system for spinning machine is designed,which only needs to set a series of process parameters of the spun yarn on the human-machine interface,and the steel collar plate,roller and spindle of the spinning machine will be able to run with high precision according to the speed calculated by the controller.The rapid collective yarn drop after spinning is conducive to improving labour productivity and reducing labour intensity in textile mills.
