摘要
以圆形零件为例,介绍圆弧切入切出编程技巧.基于编程案例与编程原则,合理编制数控铣床的圆弧切入切出加工程序.考虑到机械加工中零件轮廓分为内轮廓和外轮廓两种,因而分别对两种零件轮廓的圆弧切入切出编程技巧进行说明,并将相关技巧应用于工程实践,确认相关编程技巧的应用价值.
Abstract
Take round parts as an example to introduce the programming skills of circular arc cut-in and cut-out.Based on the programming cases and programming principles,it is reasonable to prepare the circular arc cut-in and cut-out machining programme of CNC milling machine.Considering that the contour of parts in machining is divided into two kinds of inner contour and outer contour,the programming techniques of circular cut-in and cut-out for the two kinds of part contour will be explained separately,and the related techniques will be applied in engineering practice to confirm the application value of the related programming techniques.
