摘要

为了进一步提高煤矿井下巷道掘进效率和安全性,提出了一种新的煤矿井下巷道快速掘进体系,通过进行巷道掘进设备智能化改造、巷道掘进作业流程优化、巷道支护方式优化,实现了井下巷道掘进作业效率和安全性的快速提升.根据实际应用表明,新的快速掘进体系将井下巷道掘进效率提升了 16.3%,大幅提升了井下巷道掘进效率、降低了巷道掘进劳动强度.

Abstract

In order to further improve the efficiency and safety of underground roadway excavation in coal mines,a new system of rapid roadway excavation in coal mines is proposed,which realizes the rapid improvement of the efficiency and safety of underground roadway excavation by carrying out the intelligent transformation of roadway excavation equipments,the optimization of the operational process of roadway excavation,and the optimization of the support method of roadway excavation.According to the practical application,the new rapid tunneling system improves the underground tunneling efficiency by 16.3%,which greatly improves the underground tunneling efficiency and reduces the labour intensity of tunneling.
