Application Research on Rapid Tunneling System of Underground Roadway in Coal Mine
In order to further improve the efficiency and safety of underground roadway excavation in coal mines,a new system of rapid roadway excavation in coal mines is proposed,which realizes the rapid improvement of the efficiency and safety of underground roadway excavation by carrying out the intelligent transformation of roadway excavation equipments,the optimization of the operational process of roadway excavation,and the optimization of the support method of roadway excavation.According to the practical application,the new rapid tunneling system improves the underground tunneling efficiency by 16.3％,which greatly improves the underground tunneling efficiency and reduces the labour intensity of tunneling.
